i didn't think this would work but to my amazement im actually losing my love handles just by wearing this wen doing everyday chores walking anything its amazing i don't however wear it everyday but every other its been 2 months and yes iam losing the inches in my waist and believe me i have tried about everything. i can feel the warmth while wearing the belt and yes i do sweat which helps to lose thanks for someone helping me thats what i have to say......
