The perfect place to see a performance

    very intimate feel to the concert, good food, good cold beer, beautiful outdoor venue

This venue is by far the most friendly environment in which to attend a live music event.  The acts that perform at The Backyard are top notch, the people that attend the events are very friendly, even the bouncers are friendly.  Being an outdoor venue, there aren't any staunch rules about staying in your seat.  If you want to wander, all you have to do is get out of your row.  There isn't a bad seat in the house, even if you aren't sitting.  You can see the band from everywhere but the porta-potties!!
