All right, so I will cop to having watched this show religiously about 40 seasons ago. For a brief period about six years ago, it was a watercooler show at my law school. Plus, trashy TV is my secret guilty pleasure (yep, I watch the Hills).

Chris O'Donnell and Renee Zellwger play in The Bachelor.

Plot: To inherit his dead grandfathers $100 million inheritance, Jimmie (O'Donnell) must get married by his 30th birthday which is in a few days. The only problem is his girlfriend (Zellweger) knows Jimmie's not ready to get married and doesn't want to marry him. Now Jimmie is in search of a bride, and his sanity.

What I thought: This is a funny, comedic movie to watch. It's nothing to spectacular but it does entertain. The Bachelor is a hilarious romantic comedy that will make you laugh out loud. O'Donnell is very endearing in this film.... review »

Always a suprise

Its always a surprise to see who the bachelor picks to send home. I enjoy watching the romancing they do and all the changes the relationships go through. Sometimes I feel broken hearted for the girls who were really into the bachelor and they get sent home, then you have the girls who aren't there for the right reason and your sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to see them get the boot. This show is a good chick flick, the only thing in it for the guys is seeing all the beautiful girls running around is small amounts of clothing.

Disappointed with this season!

I love this show and I watch it every season. But I was a little disappointed with this season. I am happy that he didn't pick someone to just pick them. But I think he could have at least told them he wasn't ready for a proposal and wanted to see where it would go. I think that would have been fine.
