The characters are stereotypes that are perfectly created. The banter is engaging and moves very rapidly. The interaction among the characters is one of the show's major strengths. It makes the quirky so appealing. You see each of these characters as human with all the frailties of a "normal" person. The plots are a engaging but really serve as a way to showcase the quirks of every character. they have done a nice job of focusing on each character in various episodes. I hope they are able to allow the characters to develop beyond the surface. My major concern is that it will not develop a sufficient audience to keep this wonderful comedy on the air. Every stereotype is present. The more you see characters the more you want to know about them. Every character represents a different and widely help misconception about the gifted nerd.
