Protiens only leaves out alot of good foods

a person who enjoys quality, a busy person, almost always wishing for a lower weight, try to eat healthy, Would like to lose 10 pounds, Every day computer user, unhappy on a restrictive diet
Pros

    supposedly you burn fat for energy, no calorie counting, supposedly a healthy diet

Cons
    I don't think it's healthy long term, very severe, hard to stick to

I don't see how this diet is good for anyone. Leaving out food groups..like veggies and fruits! I tried this diet several years ago when it was popular. I was unhappy and didn't really see the results I had read/heard about. Now I am on a balanced diet and have seen results not only in how I look, but also how I feel on a daily basis.
