The 10th Kingdom "is the ultimate fairy tale." While it originated as a Hallmark TV miniseries, it stars Dianne Wiest, John Larroquette, and Ed O'Neill. Living in New York, a girl and her father get sucked into a world of enchantment, danger, and adventure through a mirror. They find nine kingdoms and meet people taken straight out of a bed time story, bringing viewers with them, as reviewers report feeling as if they're in this strange world. Reviewers caution we shouldn't let younger children watch The 10th Kingdom, as while being a fairy tale, it "does have a little violence and suspense" as well as a "happily-ever-after ending." If you like Princess Bride, you might want to give The 10th Kingdom a try.

Even though it is a bit long (3 + hours), you don't care! Watch as the time flies as the whole family gathers around the TV to watch this wonderful movie!!
If you're looking for a mini tv series to keep your kids and family entertained for hours, this would be the one for it. The audience are invited to travel to a land of fantasy, where snow white, cinderella, little red redding hood, elfs, monsters, jack and the bean stalk, sleeping beauty, the evil step mother, kings and queens, faires, and all sorts of faiy tale characters come to live in this 8 hour show. It's a film thats good for all ages. It's great for any occassion. I cant wait to watch the continuation of it!
This movie was very intriquite, and detailed. If you like fantasy and if you enjoy getting lost in a "fairytale movie" This is a great movie to see.
I enjoyed all of the different scenes and the different aspects of culture that were portrayed in this movie.
This is fantastic. Quite the bargain for over 10 hours worth of entertainment. I feel that anyone would enjoy this movie and it deserves a try. The 10th kingdom is fantastically entertaining!
