OK, this is the final piece to Curltastic. One thing to know is....when I get out of the shower, I DO NOT dry my hair - not even with a towel. The one thing these curls need, aside from the product, is the moisture of the water. It sounds weird, but this works great. I have found that if I don't do it this way, my hair will be frizzy even with the product. So, take my advice and don't dry that hair and put the paste in right after you get out of the shower (put a towel around you first - that is allowed). You need to let your hair air-dry - you may look like a wet rat head, but when it does dry - at least half way, I turn my head over and gently start to scrunch a bit. Just enough to fluff it a little - like you see in my pix. Enjoy!

Paste is the final key to a great curl look!

I do the same thing! i NEVER dry my hair. I put my product in, comb it through, shake and go!

good, good tips! For some reason I have rinsed my hair with cold water and my hair will get even more curlier...now if I could just get it to grow!

She's absolutely right! I've had naturally curly my whole life (65 years) and I learned from my hairdresser (who also had curly hair) to NEVER stretch wet hair by brushing or combing. That is what makes it frizzy. I just kind of push mine into place and wait until it dries and then use a hair pick or a fat comb. I've had to teach my daughter the same thing.

thanks and glad u like. I don't know how to get curly hair without the perm. So, I don't have any answers on that. Sorry

Sigh. I wish I had wavy hair. I used to perm it and looked silly and my hair was damaged. I can't get a curl using any styling tool or product. Maybe a wave if I am very lucky. I like your curly hair in that pic!

Wow, your hair grows out of your head all curly like that? I'm so jealous. Welcome to Viewpoints! So glad to see you jumping right in with great beauty reviews.
