When I first began attending Texas A&M University in the Fall of 2000, I knew I had made an amazing decision to start off my life as an adult. I felt embraced by the students, professors & culture and was amazed at the sense of community I felt after just a short time. With the traditions & conservative values that this University and it's students represent I felt as if I were part of a bigger family that cared for me as much as I cared for it. From football games to midnight yell and too many fun events to list, an Aggie is guaranteed the opportunity to experience things that can not be explained but can only be experienced and felt. To anyone who is considering A&M, I encourage you to visit the university, not as an outsider, but as if you are one of us and share in the common bond that we all have, a love for our country, our state and our university. From the outside looking in it is impossible to understand and from the inside looking out it is impossible to explain...you must experience it yourself!
