I've been using this staple flake food for a long time with all my fish. With the exception of the fish that require live foods, this is an excellent and dependable nutritional food. I've fed my rainbows, angels, tetras, bottom feeders, and apistos. They are all thriving and have had no health issues since eating this food. It has no artificial ingredients or colours that are dangerous to fish, it never clouds the water, and the fish take it quite greedily. Always remember when feeding that 'less is more.' Fish can easily go three days or more without eating and it will be healthier for them to feed sparsely than to over-feed.
