Terminator Salvation Review

Some friends and I headed over to the AMC in Hamilton as we try to do every Friday morning to get the cheaper price ($6). Today, our pick was Terminator Salvation. My one friend was really excited to see it, the other and I were curious how it was going to play out.

Yeah this movie is jam packed with big explosions, but it is also full of the cheesy lines were remember from the first three movies, "I'll be back." There was no explanation, no salvation, no real action. The storyline was weak and held a whole lot of inconsistancies. Thank God it was only an hour and fifty four minutes, because we all wanted to fall asleep.

Christian Bale was his usual brooding self, it was hard to tell between his batman character and his John Connor character. The kid who plays Chechov in the Star Trek movies was also in this playing no other than Kyle Reese, he was pretty good. Star Trek was a million times better and if you are in the mood for a sci-fi action flick, see that one again and again because Terminator is just a waste of money and time.
