With Fibromyalgia since my late 30's and pain from a slipped vertebrae in my low back, a decent night's sleep had been impossible. First I tried a Tempur-Pedic cervical support pillow. I felt like somone was cradling my head and neck in foam. My shoulders relaxed and upper body seemed less painful in the morning.
WOW! Then I thought, "Hmm, if this is great for my neck, maybe the mattress would be great for my whole body."
Great is an understatement. Within 3 days of sleeping on my Tempur-Pedic mattress, I stayed asleep all night and woke in the morning able to get out of bed without making "ouch" sounds.
This mattress gave me my life back and my back life again!
