Tempurpedic Rhapsody Mattress Reviews

3 herniated discs, one with annular tear. Currently sleeping on Simmons Beautyrest Posterpedic, 7 years old and paid $1600.00 at the time. Now getting ready to purchase a new bed; heavily leaning towards Rhapsody but scared to throw down that kind of money based on mixed reviews. Anyone had this bed longer than a few years? Has is sagged? Is it hard to get out of?  Surgeon mentioned a Latex bed, but confused about that as well.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
