have back problems, looking for durability, a person who enjoys quality, appreciative of good service, a bargain hunter, a comparison shopper, appreciative of good customer service, expecting good, fair service

The Tempurpedic mattress is not all that it is advertised to be. The matttress is so firm that I find it actually is uncomfortable. I don't believe that it is worth the price I paid for it. If I had to buy a mattress at this point it time. this would not be in the running.
