Mr. Fix-it
Pros

    mattress never needs to be turned, Comfortable, no springs, true support, Firm feeling but no stress on muscles, form fitting

Cons
    King size mattress is awkward to move, HEAVY, hard to move by yourself

We have a king sized TEMPURPEDIC mattress. It has no pressure points at all. My only complaint would be that it is very heavy and hard to move due to it's flexibility. Due to the nature of the product, you cannot use a mattress pad with it so the covering has become quite discolored after ten years as well.
