Love it, but sheets are hard to find and cover doesn't come off.

Tempurpedic Celebrity Mattress —
We bought this model of the TempurPedic in 2004. We love it! In 2006 the zipper on the cover they put on the TempurPedic Celebrity Mattress broke. I had emailed to ask how we could have it fixed and they replaced the whole bed -FREE!! Apparently it was a defect in the older models as well as the cover/topper sliding to one side,so they revamped it, and replaced ours free of charfe. That's awesome customer service!! The only thing I really don't care for is that the cover on the cover/topper does not come off so it can't be washed. It has a zipper, and I am still trying to figure out WHY since you can't remove it. Anyhow we have several spots on the cover/topper. I have emailed customer service to see how we can clean it since it is not removable but have not heard back. Another draw back is it is extremely hard to find sheets to fit the bed without spending a small fortune on them. Other than the flaw of not being able to remove/wash the cover and sheets being costly, the bed itself is great.
