Tempur-Pedic memory foam neck pillow is the best pillow ever!!

5

I love my Tempur-Pedic memory foam neck pillow. It is the best pillow I have ever used. I bought mine about 3 years ago. My husband tried it and he loved it too, so we bought him one. They come in different sizes, so be sure you do your research on what size to use. I have tried to use my husband's (which is a larger size) and it is not as comfortable. The pillow is pretty heavy (much heavier than "normal" pillows. It is very dense. But when you put your head on it, it is like placing your head on a cloud! It's like an angel's hands are gently cupping your head. It is sooo comfortable! An added benefit I have found is that my husband snores less with this pillow. I also tried the "symphony" style, (also made by Tempur-Pedic), but it was not as comfortable for me. I'm sure it will work for some, but I prefer the shape/style of the neck pillow. I don't know how long this pillow will last. Mine is a little more than 3 years old and it is a little "flatter" than it was when I bought it. I may need to consider buying a new one.

Tempur Pedi = a good night sleep!

I really like the Tempur-Pedic pillows. We have several and getting a good night rest is one of the most important things a mommy needs! While they cost quite a bit more than your regular pillow, they keep there shape nicely. The one thing you should know is that they are soft, but they can get a little warm. I put two pillow covers on mine and that helps a lot.

One of the best pillows on the market for neck and back pain

5

I never had neck pain, but I have always slept much better with a neck pillow, as a back sleeper. I do not leave my house without it, even when I'm sleeping at a relative's house. I tried a traditional pillow when I slept over my brother's house, and I woke up with a stiff neck the next morning because the profile was too high and the pillow did not cover the neck. The Tempur-Pedic Therapy Neck Pillow fits the contour of my neck perfectly and does not lose shape. The pillow lasts a long time. It is very easy to fall asleep with this pillow. It also helps with back pain too as my spine is in better alignment.

Good for neck, but bad for nose

As long as you can stand the odor of the material, the pillow will work wonders for chronic sufferers of sore necks. As a long-standing member of the stiff neck club, I was thrilled to finally find something to address the problem. However, there certainly is a distinct odor to the pillow. Also, if you like a cold pillow, this is not the pillow for you. The material does not breathe much which results in a warm to hot pillow temperature.

Fantastic - once you use one of these you'll never go back.

Once I started sleepign on a tempur-Pedic pillow, I never went back. These things rule. They get a tad hot every once in a while, but this rarely matters because you turn over a few times a night anyway. They really help keep your neck in line with your spine. It reduces neck pain.

Great Neck pillow

I bought two of these, and I am glad I did, as I would not want to have to share! When my sister visits, she always asks for the extra Tempur-pedic pillow! I bought this when I bought my Tempur-pedic adjustable bed. I wanted the whole Tempur-pedic experience. I have had this pillow for six years, and there is no foam breakdown, or any change in the shape. If anything, I like it better now, because with Tempur-pedic, one knows you have to soften them up by using them. I have had chronic neck pain for years, from a car wreck. I have tried all types of pillows, feather, foam, flat, air. None of them helped like this pillow has. I also take this with me for long car trips, I turn it sideways, so the curved part goes down the center of my back, and then sometimes I will simply use it as a neck pillow when I want to take a little snooze! I have washed the cover of the pillow and it washed up quite nice. I really think you will be happy with this pillow. Thanks. Vicki.

Tempur-pedic pillow review

The Tempur-pedic pillow at first glance seems like a typical pillow that will help and boost back pain and neck relief. In reality it really doesn't help at all it kind of makes your neck worse. I have one and now It just collects dust in my closet. It seems to look firm but its not its hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The only pillow for me!!

I have been living with chronic neck pain for years. I was diagnosed over four years ago with three bulging discs in my neck. I have tried so many things to help with the pain and nothing really worked. I am not a surgical candidate so I try anything within reason. I do seem to get some relief from being in bed at night flat on my back, but I need some neck support for comfort in my lower back also. This pillow seems to do the trick. Having the roll part to support my neck makes the world of a difference in my comfort lever while sleeping. This pillow has two different roll heights so it gives you a choice to help fit with your size if you are larger or smaller like me. It also does not make me hot either. I am also able to use regular size stand pillow cases and pillow covers. It is just the right amount of firmness for me also. I can either sleep on my back or also on my side which is how I usually start to go to sleep each night. All in all, I give this one a two thumbs up for comfort and durability, well worth the price paid!

Cricks gone. Headaches gone.

My wife and I both had been going to a chiropractor for 2 completely different problems. For differing reasons, we both decided we needed different pillows. We both wanted something with more neck support. Ordinary pillows simply don't provide enough support for the neck. They push your head upward, creating a sag in your neck which over time becomes a real problem. For me, it had created cricks (sp?) in my neck when I would wake up. I just figured that everybody had those all the time. But when I got this pillow, they stopped! Just like that. It was amazing. I could sleep on it either sideways (with it turned downward a little bit at a slope) or on my back (looking at the ceiling). I am 6 foot, 5 inches tall, so I got the XL size of this pillow and the XL seems to be stiffer in general than the L (what my wife got). It also held up better over time. That leads to my complaint. Over time the pillow softens considerably until you basically have to get a new one. It turns to marshmellow after a few years. And it is expensive, but maybe its all worth it.

Tempur-pedic pillow is overrated

My husband has used one of these pillows ever since we have been married (and before as well), and he loves it so well he decided that I need to have one as well, and so he bought one for me. At first I was excited about the idea as the pirce of the pillow and how much he loved it seemed promising, but I'm not sure I enjoy it quite as much as he does. It seems very stiff compared to most of the other pillows I have used, and the bumps are both too large for my neck or something because it feels like my head is over-eleveated. I have woken up with headaches several times since starting to use this pillow, and while I cannot bring myself to attribute this to the pillow completely, I do think it has quite a bit to do with it. Overall I like this pillow ok, and have heard that it softens up a bit over time, but I'm not sure that I would buy another one because I have not been completely satisified with it and it is rather pricey.
