Temple University Review Summary

Temple University, located in Philadelphia, PA is a “an exceptional school offering an array of programs.” It offers unique and interesting study abroad opportunities, a state of the art technology center and is competitive in many aspects with several top tier schools. Enrollment is diverse and campus activities varied. However all reviewers agree that it’s location is not attractive, and in some cases considered unsafe, and that many of the fees as well as tuition is high, thus making it unattractive for some college bound students. “Temple University offers, recognition of noted Alumni including: “Bill Cosby, Bob Saget, Danny Woodburn - from Seinfield, ESPN radio talk show host Tony Bruno, Richard Brooks Oscar award winning Hollywood filmmaker, Michael Schoeffling: Actor, Tom Sizemore, Actor and Gil Stein Former President of NHL .” Sienu says, “The dorms were up to date (I stayed in Johnson Hall) also the food was yummy.” Read more College and University Reviews to help you make your graduate and undergraduate college or university choice.

Temple University is a school where you get a great education for not a ridiculous price.  I am currently a sophomore at Temple and enrolled in the Fox School of Business.  Our brand new business school Alter Hall just opened this semester and is absolutely gorgeous.  I love the business program here at Temple; it provides a well rounded education in every aspect of business which I feel is extremely important and gives me a leg up.  Many of the professors here have worked in the corporate world so they have great advice, networking options, and can apply more than just textbooks facts to the...

Temple University is an exceptional school offering an array of programs. The student body is diverse and dynamic. Temple is located in the culturally vibrant city of Philadelphia, which provides easy access to shopping, food, and fun! The school is often overlooked due to its location; however, the campus itself is beautiful and the surrounding areas are secure. Temple provides its students with an abundance of resources: top scholars from around the world, state-of-the-art technological facilities, and clubs to fit anyone's fetish. Temple truly cultivates and embodies all that a university...

I graduated from Temple University Class of 2005. I'm not sure how much has changed but I definitely feel I received a great education. I would recommend this school to everyone! The dorms were up to date (I stayed in Johnson Hall, 1300, and 1940) also the food was yummy for my tummy lol and yes the freshman 15 lol

I went for my M.S. ed and was plesantly surprised at the quality of my education! I loved the city. Temple is not in a particularly safe area, but I never had a problem.
