This Technique K6385 5qt digital pressure cooker is the first pressure cooker I have ever tried.  I was actually kind of scared of them after hearing stories of old ones exploding, etc.  Then I saw this one being promoted on QVC and it looked so easy and safe that I decided to try it.  The cooker has been working great over a year now and has produced many delicious meals. It has hi/low pressure cooking, a programmable timer and keeps food warm after the cooking time is over.  Besides being a pressure cooker, it also has a cooking mode so that you can brown meats before adding the rest of...
