Nothing says a cozy winter afternoon like a Venit Tazo Chai from Starbucks. However, when the wind is blowing and it is snowing, I do not want to leave the house just for tea. Thankfully, I picked up the Tazo Chai black tea from my local grocery store and it has been a life saver. It is exactly like enjoying my Tazo Chai tea at Starbucks but from the warmth and comfort of my own home. I can have my tea in my sweats by the fire. The flavor is exactly the same. There is not an over powering chai flavor nor an over powering tea aftertaste. I have even experimented a bit with some iced tea options with the Tazo Chai tea. So delicious. The quality of Tazo Chai maintains a high quality standard across the board. I have yet to have an issue with one of the bags braking or splitting. The string of the tea bag does not come dislodged and does not dissolve in the hot tea like some discount chai tea bags tend to do.

I used to sell loose tea bags of Tazo Chai when I worked at a small bakery. I had a cup of it every few weeks. The positives of Tazo Chai are that the bags are relatively cheap, it has an authentic Chai flavor, and it's easy to make. However, I feel there are some negatives. If you brew one bag in a small cup, it is going to be way too strong! You will feel all the spices overwhelm your nose and sinuses and it will not be a pleasant experience. I love the taste of Chai but sometimes the taste of Tazo Chai can be WAY too strong! If you want to make a whole pot of Tazo Chai, I am sure it will be delicious. However, I do not enjoy that they are single bags for a small cup. The flavor is way too overpowering.

Tazo chai tea is absolutely amazing! It is difficult to find Chai tea near my small town, and I am not good at making it from scratch. When my husband realized my dilemma, he told me about Tazo chai tea. When he lived in New Mexico, he said, he was able to get chai tea in a number of places, but he liked it so much that he wanted it sometimes at home. That's when he learned about Tazo. At first, I was skeptical that chai tea out of a box would actually taste good, but out of desperation, I finally gave it a try. What a surprise! With Tazo, I can just buy the tea, fill a glass with half Tazo tea/half milk, and drink up! It doesn't taste quite as good as homemade chai tea (at least the homemade chai tea made by someone who is good at making it), but for a person like me who pretty well fails in the kitchen, it's a good second best! So far, I have tried the original chai tea and the chocolate chai latte. Both were quite good, and I plan to try other types in the future!

Years ago I learned that I am not a fan of coffee. But I wanted to fit in and go to Starbucks like the rest of my friends. So then I learned about Tazo Chai. THEN I learned that I could buy my own box of Tazo Chai concentrate, bring it home, mix it with milk & ice and have my very own tall glass of iced chai, for a lot less out of pocket! The flavor is amazing. A little spice, a little sweetness, a lot of creaminess when you add your milk, and just the right amount of cold with the ice. The kids have become fans of it as well, and it is such a nice refreshing flavored drink to sit down with while editing photos or playing a game with the kids. Doesn't matter what I'm doing, a glass of Tazo Chai is the best go-to drink when thirsty. Go and get some! You won't regret it!

Tazo Chai is delicious and is easily prepared as a brewed cup of tea with a little sugar or honey, but it fabu when brewed as a traditional chai...boil (yes, boil) it in a saucepan on the stove on low heat for 10 minutes with honey, add milk for the last minute or so and serve in a handmade mug for the ultimate effect. This is also terrific to brew the tea and use the tea to prepare a whole grain rice with oney to sweeten and add dried cranberries. Besides Tazo's teas all being of high quality and enjoyable, their website is phenomenal and definitely worth the visit. It looks so serious, but you have to read the quips - very entertaining. My friends all gathered 'round to have our virtual tea leaves read. enjoyable.

In an effort to try to save money I have been making my own Chai Tea Lattes at home.  This creates a yummy drink of soymilk and chai tea. Bonus, it takes only about five minutes on the stove.  The spiciness of the Tazo is perfect.  I miss it when it's not available.

so after having been introduced to the evil addiction of the pricey chai tea lattes, i was not only addicted to them, but was constantly broke. Each medium chai tea at the local coffee shop was almost equivalent to a meal or half a meal. But the addiction was so intense, that all the strength of my will power would fail once i was faced with ordering it or not.  Having accepted my addiction i realized that the best and cheapest thing i could do is buy the original concoction and make it on my own, for a fraction of the price. So on my next visit i went around the corner and found out that the baristas all used this tazo chai tea concoction to make the the pricey chai that i indulged in. So having bought this i went home and almost immediately tried it out, and the tazo didn't fail me, it came out almost perfect, minus the latte  foam because that requires a different machine, I was nevertheless very happy with this Tazo chai tea mix, it has a strong nice earthy spicy flavor that i enjoy having each time i wake up, highly recommended for all chai tea addicts who are on a budget

I consider myself to be an avid tea drinker, I drink about 3 cups a day! I'm a college student, and one of my favorite things to do is brew a cup right before I head to class in the morning. It gives me a boost of energy to wake me up, without that buzz I get from coffee. It is also an amazing late night study companion...The best chai that I've tasted is the Tazo brand. It has a strong, spicy flavor, which I've found to be what most other chai teas lack. The full-bodied flavor is absolutely delicious! I find myself brewing a cup all the time! I normally add a splash of milk and sugar for a dessert-like drink, but the tea by itself is naturally wonderfully spicy and sweet. I also appreciate that it is organic, I feel gooooooood after a cup, ready to start my day or unwind and relax after a long day. No matter what the situation, Tazo chai is a definate, permanent item on my grocery list. Definately recommended!

the tazo concentrate is amazing and easy to prepare i have to mention that the oregon brand is also amazing! if you like chai youlll like this but if you dont like chai you probably wont- and for the record chai always has pepper in it's mostly spices!
