This measuring cup is fantastic. You can liquid measure and weigh out food. I use this when making 4 oz hamburgers and portioning my meats for freezing. I put the freezer bag right in cup(it measures the tare weight for you) and just fill it up to the weight I need. One of the best kitchen items I have.
