Tastefully Simple Bruschetta Cheese Ball Mix Review

Tastefully Simple Bruschetta Cheese Ball Mix is a delicous, easy-to-make appetizer.  Since Tastefully Simple's products only require two ingredients or less to make, anyone could make this cheese ball!  Just add cream cheese, no cooking skills needed here!

Tastefully Simple describes this product as: "A savory tomato and herb spread for crusty bread, bruschetta or crostini. Just add cream cheese, chill and serve. Or heat gently in the microwave for a delicious warm dip."

Although this doesn't taste like the Italian appetizer, bruschetta, it is delicious.  I pick up flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano and basil.  It is really good when made into a cheese ball and scooped up with tortilla chips or Cheese It Up! Crisps, but my favorite way to eat it is to heat it up in the microwave to get it gooey and then dip chips in it!  It's also REALLY good stuffed into empty mushroom caps and then baked with bread crumbs on top.
