Tarte FRXtion is a duo of sweet brown sugar exfoliation and emollient balm all in one neat looking lipstick case with a flip open mirror. I love this product. I can scruff my lips and then soothe them with the other side of the stick anywhere, any time. And the price is right. Eleven bucks gets you this innovative product.
