I am a lip products junkie. I love lip balms and also I love to gently exfoliate my lips to make them soft and supple. I can have both in an innovative lipstick bullet thanks to Tarte FRXtion.

What It Is

Tarte FRXtion is a lipstick sized tube of sweet grainy sugar scrub for the lips that tastes oh so good and rids lips of flakes and dry skin. On the other side of the bullet is a clear, rich balm that is applied like lipstick. Wear lip color over or under it or not at all. The case is very cool too. It has a neat flip open mirror on the top. You pull the top off and the mirror pops opens. You replace the top and it locks into place. All for for $11.00.

My Use

I use this product all the time. I take it with me when I am out and use the sugary side first and purse my lips together to soften my lips. Most will dab their lips. I lick the stuff off. I use the balm on the other side, which has a sweet taste as well, to soften my lips and fill them in. I then apply color and my lips look and feel fantastic. The little flip open top mirror is adorable but I really don't need a mirror to use this product. It has no color and I know where my lips are. Still, it's a great two in one product packed with good for your lips ingredients. Now you don't have to have a lip exfoliator and a balm. Have both in a very chic lipstick tube that you can take and use anywhere!

My Viewpoint

I am not surprised that Tarte FRXtion has been winning beauty awards. It's an innovation unlike I have seen elsewhere. When you see the picture, you will understand the split bullet concept and how one side has the sweet sugar grains and the other, the rich lip balm. It smells SO good I want to take a bite of it and it tastes even better. The great thing about the product is that you soften your lips anywhere and it's affordable. It lasts for ages and I use mine as often as I can because I love the sugar rush and the soft, velvety way my lips feel after use. I love this product and I bet you will too. I give it 5 stars. I will repurchase and repurchase this because it's that darn good!
