I wasn't entirely sure about this mouse since it looked at bit small, but I decided to give it a try.  It is indeed a full sized mouse.  I have rather large hands with long fingers and this is a perfect fit!  The setup with my Mac was a matter of popping in the batteries and about ten seconds for my Mac to recognize it and it was ready to use.  The tracking is a bit fast so I had to set it to the slowest option, but it now works like a dream!  It has extremely responsive, smooth tracking.  The shape fits into your hand beautifully, and the rubberized ridges on the sides make for a nice grip.  The scroll wheel is smooth and easy to use.  The only issue I had, which cannot really be called a problem, was that you need to remove the entire top of the mouse to insert the batteries (which were very helpfully included in the package) which freaked me out a bit, but it snapped back on with no problems.
