    —        I must say that Target and I have had a rocky relationship. At one point, I tried to boycott them, obviously, to no avail.  But, I eventually came back to thinking they are one of the most wonderful stores to shop at.  —        The Target that I frequent the most is located in Eastland Mall. I had a very disappointing experience with Target on-line. A close friend was getting her PhD. I wanted to get a spectacular gift for her new home and new working life, something I knew she would like. I went to her wish list at Target, since she was out of state, that seemed a convenient way to shop for her--Let Target be responsible for shipping fragile china. — — I ordered her full service of dishes--the most extravagant item on her list. I am a big fan of Target stores, however I will never shop their website again. I checked two stores several times for a certain item and it was out of stock so I tryed the website. The shipping on my order was almost half the amount that I spent on my purchase. I tryed to look for other ie cheaper shipping options, but could not find other choices. So having been unable to find said item anywhere else ( having checked several stores and online) I said ok and decided to purchase it anyway. I have really been dissapointed in the latest offerings by Target.  The fashion department is priced too highly for a store of that type.  Plus the selection is very limited. I couldn't even find a casual shirt for my Husband.   What about the Groceries?  For a Mass Market Store it certainly doesn't have competitive prices.   What a dissapointment.  On the bright side they do have a nice selection of Dog Toys and Treats.  Still do I need to go to a store just for that?  I'll stick with… read full review »
