I have not had problem buying in the Target store..BUT ONLINE ***DON"T buy.. I bought three ONLINE orders from Target - three of the items I bought online from TARGET were sent by *OTHER" COMPANIES and were defective and Target said - "even though the merchandise was defective they would NOT issue a refund because Target had no control what the vendors on the TARGET web site send out and cannot issue a refund even though the merchandise was DEFECTIVE.

Target is a popular store, but, unfortunately there is not one near me. Online is amazing! I can shop in my comfortable pajamas and find everything I need. Paying is really simple and the shipping is quite fast, unless you have a really large order, it may take a longer time. The website is very organized in categories and has options for even more organizing like prices and sometimes brands. They sell clothing, makeup, beauty, toys, outdoor items, furniture, pet items and so much more! They have almost everything you need. They always have special online sales and coupons. You can get free shipping or you can select store pickup if you want to! I really recommend it for college kids because there is college sales for those looking to save extra bucks. Just go to the category 'clearance and sales'. Target is amazing!

Target.com has a great selection of products. There are more products on Target.com than in the stores. The prices are affordable and there are reviews to help with deciding which products are best. Searching through products is also easy. Target.com also has coupons that you can print out and use in the store. If you create an account you can save list of products as well as gift registries. I continue to find Target.com a great website time after time.

I have mixed feelings about Target's website. Now, I normally love shopping in Target (great deals and a wide variety of merchandise)... but the problem with Target.com is that they list merchandise that is out of stock on the website. And not just out of stock online, but out of stock in store. It annoys me to no end to see a great price on an item that I would love to have, only to be told that the item is no longer available anywhere. This wouldn't be a huge deal if it were one or two items, but I feel like it's dozens of items on the website ALL the time. So it can be a little aggravating when trying to shop online. However, the prices can't be beat, and Target usually offers some pretty good online coupons, which make the prices even better. My only other concern is that Target's security system isn't the greatest, and I feel like my credit cards have had to be cancelled twice after shopping at Target.com for fraudulent attempts... which worries me a bit as well. I shop online at dozens of other retailers and that never happens... only after using Target.

I do not like the how the website is set up. The site does not offer a wide variety of clothing selections. Ease of Use I do not like the website. It takes forever for the pages to load up and when they do, it is always the same information on the previous page. Product Selection The website does not offer a lot of different selections in terms of clothing items. Everything else, they seem to have tons of options to choose from. Product Pricing Everything on the site is overpriced and extremely expensive. I have purchased things from the website and then shopped at the store and found them to be cheaper, by as much a $5. Customer Service The customer service department is pretty nice, as I have not experienced any negative connections with them. They do seem to want to be helpful and to ensure their customers are satisfied with t heir experience on the site. Shipping and Returns They do offer really good deals regarding shipping, if you buy a certain amount.

Target.com has really come in handy for gifts, and the free shipping during the holidays was the cherry on top. I love spending my Christmas gift cards at Target.com because they have a huge variety of products from basic healthcare needs to video games. Product Selection They have lots of cute clothes, and at the same time, I can take care of school supplies without leaving the house. Product Pricing I wish there were more opportunities for coupons online-- being able to use the coupons in store is the reason I think of Target so highly in the first place! It is nice they still include gift card offers when customers buy a certain amount of products and free shipping over a certain amount. We find a lot of great items in clearance too! Customer Service Target seems to hire friendly employees. I have never had a problem with staff. Shipping and Returns Directions are very clear on shipping and the amount of time in which returns are possible. They also give plenty of time for exchanges which is essential when buying clothes without trying them on (gift-giving, for example).

I mean, the prices could be a little better but, otherwise the store is awesome. Ease of Use I think it's really easy to find your way around rather its online or in store. Product Selection I would say, they have just about everything. I love that I can find the same products as I would at another big box store but, nicer quality. Product Pricing I find them to be expensive for a super store. I have ever been a fan of their prices. I will say they offer better deals now with coupins and cartwheels but, not everyone has the time or knows how to use those. I feel those should be an added incentive for those who take the time to figure the deals and not the ONLY way to get good deals. Customer Service They have always been pretty good with customer service in my experience. Nothing above and beyond but, nothing bad either. Shipping and Returns I think they are really good about returns. I have never been hassled taking something back. I have never had any problems with shipping either. There have even been times that I misplaced the receipt and they were good about at least exchanging it. If I don't havea receipt, I don't expect cash back anyway.

The site also has deals and online only specials for certain items frequently. Ease of Use Easy to navigate, you can find item categories on the left side of the page, and you can shop by brand, by price, or by category. Product Selection The site carries the same items as your local Target stores. I only visit to shop when I can't find something in stores. Product Pricing Not much of a difference (if any) than what you find in Target stores. They are a little more competitively priced than other merchants, but nothing special in terms of low priced deals. Customer Service Their service team responds to questions via email within 48 hours (generally less). Although they don't go out of their way to help you, they are responsive and do help with inquiries about products. Shipping and Returns Shipping is quick and you get free shipping if you spend more than $75 (sometimes higher or lower, and certain products ship completely free). I have never dealt with their returns department.

Shopping at Target.com is a fair experience. There are other online retailers that outshine Target.com in the product selection category and also when it comes to pricing. Still they're selection is decent and their website is easy to use and navigate. Ease of Use For the most part when you do a search for a product on Target.com the item you're looking for will come up. Sometimes you have to be extremely specific to pull up a really simple item on their site and that's why I'm rating them an 8 in this category. Sometimes I have to use the drop down menus at the top of the website for the different categories to find a product I want that way when it fails to come up using their search engine. Pulling up a product this way takes longer and isn't as convenient. Target.com definitely needs to fine tune their search engine capabilities. Product Selection Target.com carries some of the same products that other online retailers and big box stores carry, but I feel their selection is definitely inferior to Walmart.com and Amazon.com. They are considered a one stop shopping merchant so you would expect them to carry certain products, but they don't sadly. Product Pricing I would say more than half of the time Target.com will offer a product I want at the same price as their competitors. There have been times, however where I have found the same item a lot cheaper on other websites or in other stores. Sometimes the price difference is significant. I also research the price of the item at several different stores before considering purchasing from Target.com, because I know they don't always have the best price. Customer Service Their customer service department is easy to contact and they usually offer a solution in a timely fashion. Shipping and Returns Shipping is only free if you spend $50 or more, which I don't like at all. I think Amazon.com is much more reasonable.

I love target in general but I don't like the layout of the new website. I feel it is more difficult to use and I have a hard time finding what I want compared to the old site. I have to scroll down a lot more to see all the options which quickly becomes annoying. Ease of Use I preferred the layout of the old website when the categories where at the top of the page. i fell it was more intuitive. Product Selection Target always has a great selection. However it is not always accurate on what is available in store. Product Pricing great prices and I appreciate the fact that if an item is put on sale I can go back and get money back! Customer Service helpful customer services. I order a lot of furniture from target and had it shipped to my new home. Customer service was great helping me have it arrive when I would be there to receive it. Shipping and Returns returns are always easy. even if you have lost your receipt. easy and simple without hassling you for returning an item.
