I have been using the Target Women's Multi-Vitamin for the past year and have found that my overall health has improved. The cost of this multi-vitamin is reasonable. I have been following the WW plan and it is recommended that you take a multi-vitamin. The Target Multi-Vitamin was chosen because you can buy it in a larger quantity for less money. Also, it was specific to women. The large bottle I have is just running out, so I will definitely be going back to Target to purchase my next bottle.
