The Target Visa credit card has good rewards, but high interest.

The Target Visa credit card works well for people who shop at Target often. The accumulation of ten percent off rewards is a nice bonus, it allows people to save up for big purchases, and get the extra discount with the ten percent rewards. Plus, you use the ten percent off for the big purchases, save the money and then send yourself on your way to earning your next ten percent off reward, It's a nice little circle of savings. The interest rate is a tad higher than other cards out there, but it's manageable. My advice is do not take out a cash advance against the card unless you are prepared to pay it off completely, because it will take quite a bit of time otherwise.
