Tar-Zhay, as we say, is chic, fun and fashionable Pretty amazing for a retail behemoth, Target has stuck to a corporate philosophy that includes carrying inventory twhich attracts people who care about style, but who are on a budget.   Remember the Todd Oldham… read full review »

I don't know about all targets but I know that our Target has the worst people working the return counter. I already think that their return policy blows and to add hateful people if awful.I received a gift for Christmas It was a pair of jeans that were $22.99.I did not have a gift receipt b/c I… read full review »

My wife and end up a Target at least once a week. It could be for cat food, coffee, a birthday card, office supplies, towels, laundry detergent, what-have-you. It is our main one-stop shopping center. The lines are never too long and we usually have no trouble finding what we need or discovering a deal in the dollar section. It is also one of the stores we look for when traveling and need to buy the few things we forgot to pack. — —… read full review »

A good place. I love the people that works there. At least in New York, you can find a lot of Hispanic people. They are very kind, speaks English and Spanish and are very helpful. The prices are good too, and you can wait for the clearance to get everything you want for almost nothing. I have been there after Xmas and bought a lot of things for only the 10% of the original price. Including… read full review »

OMG! This is what happend yall. I'm shopping for a new microwave and there was one advertised on Target.com for $41.24 so I clicked the option to see if it was available in the local store and it was. I traveled to the store and it was in stock on the shelf for $54.99.I went to Guest Services to see what the problem was. Immediatly the salesman said "we don't honor the online prices". I advised him that online it did not state that the price was only valid online. I looked it up online in the store and he said that we could order it online for that price and get it shipped to us. Frustrated,… read full review »

I visit Target when I need something quick, like an occassionaly birthday or wedding present, or an outfit for a special event, and I don't have a lot of time to shop around. Target is not a discount store as many believe, but for me it's very convenient to shop there because it's just a couple of blocks… read full review »

HI! — — Target is the greatest store on earth! Why you might ask? Because it has everything you could need and it's cool. It's not discount store crappy it's trendy and fun. It is for the budget conscious person who isn't part of the Walmart crowd. I used to have a high paying job in the IT industry and would go to Target every Sunday afternoon shopping and always leave with so many fun things. After losing my job to outsourcing and having to move south I still go to Target every Sunday on a very different budget and still leave with fun things but also food, clothes and other… read full review »

I have always liked Target more than Wal-mart until I had first hand experience with Target's return and exchange policy .... I was not impressed to say in the least and I will not be returning to any Target EVER. — My Grandmother lives in Oregon and sent some Christmas gifts down for the holiday. The shorts she sent were too small and the B-Brats doll she sent was defective. I called her and she told me she purchased them at Target. We went to exchange the items, not return, but exchange and I was told they do not make any exchanges or returns on anything that does not… read full review »

I have always LOVED Target, but they have become SO difficult to do business with. Had a baby registry with them recently and due to lags in their system updating my registry when items are purchased I got multiples of several things. I didn't get gift receipts, but knew they were off my registry. Target won't give store credit or ANYTHING without a gift receipt - it is horrible. I got lots of other cute outfits that were from Target, but they wouldn't even let me exchange for a different size of the same thing without a gift receipt. I have never been a big fan of Wal-Mart, but I will never… read full review »

I had just bought a pair of shoes, still had the tag on them from target, still in the box but I couldnt find my receipt.....I obviously walked thru the front door and was on camera bringing the shoes into the building......they refused to take my return. —  They say it's just their policy not to accept the return w/o a receipt because I had done it right after christmas and two times was not acceptable to them.  I would think returning a toy that was duplicated w/o a receipt would be common.  They made no exceptions. — They were so impolite, I would… read full review »

Target has for sometime had the policy of not allowing charities to be at the door of their stores. There are many charities that would be of benefit to the community if they were to be allowed. I guess my biggest gripe is they do not allow the bell ringers for the Salvation Army at Christmas. Also they refer to Christmas as a holiday season rather than to refer to it as Christmas. Congress and the President (more than once) has recognized… read full review »

Living in a small town has it's ups but it also has it's downs.  I think the biggest problem with my small town is the lack of stores.  I learned about Target Stores on the internet while shopping for baby supplies.  I have to say I am a great fan of them now.  They have all the hard to find items at very resonable prices.  It's easy to order online and arrival seems to be… read full review »

This was the worse experience that I have ever had. What store does not honor their own prices. Target does not honor the prices that they advertise on the web. They stated that target.com is a different store and the stores do not have to honor other stores pricing. This is lackadaisical service and I will not be shopping there again ever.… read full review »
