Bad charges--no help!!!

The Target Online store fails to inform its customers that they wont charge you for all of the items that you purchase until they have shipped them to you. And they don't tell you until it is too late that you have to have your items shipped in FOUR shipments (well unless you are only buying one thing, and who buys only one thing online during Christmas?). They have no recourse for people that they have inconvenienced either. So I say unless you are only going to buy one thing from their online store don't do it. You'll be waiting a very long while.
