not rich, a busy person
Pros

    cheap prices, fun clothing, great internet shopping, good card selection, $1 spot

Cons
    Christmas, not open 24 hours

I have to say Target is a great store.  If you want something cheap or at a good price go to Target.  They have cute clothes, and the people are very nice. The ones that work at mine are at least. The only thing that gets a little crazy around there is when christmas comes along but what store doesn't.
