will not return items with out gift recite

My daughter restered at Target for her baby shower. She recived a lot of gifts from Target and when she went to return the double of thing she got they would only return 2 items a year under $20.00 with out a recite. A lot of the people did not give her gift recites. so becareful if you buy from Target and do not get recites.  She had dappers that were Target brand she wanted to exchange for a different size and they would not even do that.
