New Target in Downtown Renton
appreciative of good service, a lover of great deals

The new Target in Renton is now my favorite place to go.  It's really clean and is not overly crowded.  You can move along the store easily and the aisles are big enough for people to pass by with out knocking into each other.  There are LOTS of check out stands and I have not had to wait in line for more then a few minutes.  It has a starbucks in it, and that's always a plus!  The people there have been very friendly and helpful.  Hopefully they will keep up the service and the clean and organized store as it becomes more used and not so new.  Overall, it's where I go now instead of Walmart... review »

Great location, great store!

I live off Exit 7 off 405, and we don't have much out here.  We can go to Factoria mall, about 5-10 minutes away; Downtown Renton for WalMart/Fred Meyer; or SouthCenter used to be the most convenient.

I was really happy to see the Target open off Exit 5, 5 minutes and I'm there and walking inside.  It really is quite nice.  Also, the store is clean and not as busy as the Factoria & SouthCenter locations which is great too.

In my experiences of talking to Sales People, they haven't been annoyed, irriated or anything like that.  There was 1 time they weren't able to help me find something, but...

Nice stuff, very economic

You can find anything at Target, it dosen't cost an arm and leg to shop, the quality is not bad. I have found that you can find all the dises, cloths and shoes, aside from music, car parts or kids toys. I find most anything I want when shopping at Target. I also fidn that doing my Christmas shoppign there works well. You can find the most unique gifts that you cannot find anywhere else or if you do find them in other stores it costs way more money than at Target. I would reccomend Target to anyone. Store is fine but salespeople lack people skills.

Store is new and super clean.  However the salespeople haven't figured out how to do returns very well yet.  I have heard they try to ring items up that aren't even yours.  They also seem super annoyed when you shop with your children.   They've been seen following customers around with children glaring at them (and overheard saying things to children).  Since this is a store for customers of all ages it would seem to their benefit to not repel customers with children.  Hint: That might explain your lack of customers.
