Zero star customer service
All I wanted to do was update the name on my redcard, only to find out later that they Deactivated my current card unasked for - without bothering to mention this when talking to the representative, no notice or alert or this anywhere (no emails or alert center for info updated, card deactivated, or if and when they're sending another physical card), and there's no way to link a virtual version of the new mystery card number on the "manage my redcard" site to target circle. Left with zero access to my redcard during the worst week of the year to do so, and no idea if they're actually sending the updated physical card in the mail - but will be too late regardless.
