Walking into Target in Germantown, MD is like walking into Cheers. AFter you've gone there a couple times, the staff really gets to know you by name and is happy to see you when you walk in. Chrissy works customer service, Nora is the blond manager, Mai is the awesome pharmacist and Chris is the floor manager. People at Target always stop what they're doing to take you where your item is or go out of the their way to make you feel satisfied with your experience.
