I promise this is one of the greatest workout videos of all time! Billy Blanks works all the muscle groups. First, you warm up with neck, arm, and leg stretches. Then, move into jabs to increase the heart-rate. From there it is kicking, punching, and other cardio-boosting moves. For the last 20 minutes of the video, Billy concentrates on the butt and abs, though he works these throughout the entire video--without you even knowing it. There are no weights involved in this workout, but muscles will develop because you have to support your own weight. No. this is not an extremely painful workout video, but it is not for the beginner. Start with Tae Bo Basic and work your way up to Tae Bo Advanced. This video is from the 1990s and Billy has brought out more videos and DVDS since this one, but this is still one of my favorites. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to challenge himself and have a great time doing it. You might want to consider working out with a buddy and definitely have some water on hand.
