Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo Gold, produced in 2000, is for the over 40 crowd but anyone who can't keep up with his other workouts or people who want a slightly less challenging workout will enjoy this. I think it's great for all ages.

Do you remember back in the 90s when Tae Bo was wildly popular, and then not so much? Well, this Tae Bo DVD will remind you of why it was such a great exercise regimen. I confess to sitting and watching it for its entertainment value, but I've actually worked out to it, also.
