I have used different Billy Blanks workout videos and they all work well. I did the workout once a week, then worked my way up to two times a week and the results are quick to show. My body tone was tighter and my muscles grew quickly. It's great that it doesn't require equipment too. All you need is the dvd and your set to go. I think people had a hard time believing that this was the only workout i was doing. I didn't diet along with this, nor did i add anything else to my workout regimen. I did this and had a lot to show for it. My legs were toned and no longer flabby, my upper body strength increased dramatically, my abs were tight and toned and my arm size increased as well. My favorite thing about this workout is that i wasnt sore after and i also like that i was able to do the workout and it didn't bother any of my old injuries. It's worth every penny, and the results are fast. I will never use anything else because this works great! I recommend this to anyone no matter what their body size or type is. You can go slower and get results too while you work your way up.
