To be honest, I haven't dyed my hair very much, but my hair was already beginning to feel dry with tons of split ends. However, TRESemme helped give me my hair back. Although the shampoo was not what I would prefer to spend on a shampoo, TRESemme often sends coupons. In just a short amount of time, my hair was already beginning to feel smooth and silky again. My hair no longer felt coarse or looked bad when it became oily. My split ends are no longer there, and I would recommend this to anyone who dyes their hair every once in a while. I don't think this shampoo would have the same effects if used regularly or if you dye your hair on a daily basis. However, TRESemme does an amazing job taking care of your hair even with the dye and makes your hair feel great and natural. Effectiveness Perfect to help your hair that's been colored or damaged in any way. Scent Pretty good scent that stays in your hair for days due to the texture of the shampoo.

TRESemme damage control is fantastic! It does a great job at repairing some of the damage that has been done to your hair over the years. It smells great and cleans your hair deep down. Watch the damage disappear with each use and get that smooth silky feeling back! My hair is over three and a half feet long and no matter how I try it is going to get damaged, from sitting on it, to getting caught in a pony tie (even seat belt buckles and car doors) it takes a bit of a beating on a daily basis so i try to take care of it as much as I can. TRESemme damage control is a great way to help keep it as healthy as possible. Overall, I give this product a 9 of 10, the scent could be a bit better for my preferences and the lather could be a little more luxurious, but it is a great product anyway. Effectiveness TRESemme damage control does a great job of not only cleaning your hair but also stopping and even reversing damage. Scent TRESemme damage control smells great and you will be sniffing your hair all day long, it's THAT good!

I've been using Tresemme Damage Control shampoo for a lot of years; and, it performs for me just as well as the name suggests! I usually keep my hair around shoulder length or slightly longer, putting it through a lot of abuse. Over the years, I've used hot rollers, curling irons, straighteners, pony tail holders, blow dryers, etc. on my hair. You name it, I've used it on my hair. And, through it all, I've never had to worry about my hair looking or feeling damaged. My hair has always looked healthy, soft, and shiny. I've rarely had a problem with split ends. The only explanation I have is the benefits I've received from the Tresemme Damage Control shampoo (and conditioner). And, as a bonus, it also leaves my hair with a pleasant, fresh scent. I would definitely recommend this shampoo to anyone that puts their hair through all the abuse of different styling aids that are damaging to the hair. I'm so thankful I discovered Tresemme!

I have colored my hair with the harsh chemicals of the over the counter hair dyes one too many times and my hair was considerably damaged, I was ready to try anything to fix it. It was very dry, brittle and had extensive split ends. So I tried TRESemme damage control and while it was a good shampoo, it did not repair my hair. TRESemme did leave my hair feeling light and clean, it just didn't help repair it. It was more of a cover up than a repair. My hair very well may have been beyond repair and if you just need a quick easy shampoo that helps with minor damage then this may be your product. But if your hair is very badly damaged with extreme split ends and is very dry than TRESemme damage control is not the product for you. Scent While TRESemme damage control did not help my particular hair problem I will say the smell the nice. It left a nice clean refreshing smell to my hair that I enjoyed.

I love this Tresemmee Climate Control shampoo! I color my hair about every three months, and I have pretty fine and very long hair, and it tends to get very dry and frizzy after coloring it, so I need a product that will help me control frizz as much as possible. I live in a very dry area in the winter, and humid in the summer, with constant wind, and all of that makes my hair very dry, prone to frizz and difficult to manage. This shampoo really helps smoothing your hair strands out and keeping fly away strands and frizzy hair at bay. I use this shampoo every time I know it is going to be humid that day and it really does make a difference in how easily I can fix my hair and in making it look less frizzy. It is really pretty awesome to know that you do not have to spend a fortune in order to get a quality shampoo, I highly recommend this Tresemme shampoo! Effectiveness This shampoo works really well on dry, frizzy hair like mine. I can really tell a difference while blow drying my hair after using this product. My hair is easier to manage and much smoother, especially on humid and windy days. The effect will also last almost the entire day, so that I don't have to re-apply mousse to manage frizzy hair. Scent This shampoo has a very light scent that smells very pleasant, quite clean and fresh.

I love this shampoo! It is one of my favorites! I use this shampoo in the winter and also have my hair has been colored. Since color and cold can do a lot of damage to hair, I am always looking for things to help repair it. This shampoo definitely does the job. It is more expensive than others but it is worth what you get. My hair always looks healthier with this shampoo. It keeps it soft and clean. It also gives my hair more volume than other shampoos. I have really long hair so volume can be hard to come by. However, this shampoo does an excellent job at giving my hair an all around great look. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a shampoo to help repair damage in your hair. Effectiveness It is very effective. It will make your hair look healthy, clean, and soft. It will give you an all around awesome look. Scent The scent is good. It is not my favorite scent but it is not bad. It smells fine. The smell just doesn't pop like other shampoos.

I have used Tresemme shampoo for a long time, so I was anxious to try the Tresemme Damage Control. My hair is dry and damaged. I was ready to use this Tresemme, because I have always been happy with the results I get from their products. I thought this would make my hair feel and look better. It just did an OK job. I had hoped that the Tresemme would help help lessen the damage. I knew it couldn't take care of the whole problem, but I really couldn't tell much change at all. Effectiveness The Tresemme damage control doesn't help with damage to your hair as well as hoped for. It might have made my hair look a little healthier, but not as much as I expected. I used the shampoo for several weeks without a noticeable difference. The shampoo didn't do the job I thought it would. Scent The Tresemme had a pleasant scent. It was not overwhelming. I would have liked a little more scent, but this was acceptable

I give TRESemme Damage control shampoo an above average rating. TRESemme is always touted at the salon quality product at a lower price. I'm not sure I would quite give it salon quality, but it has been above average and more than sufficient. I have curly hair which I straighten, so my hair undergoes much damage. I wouldn't say that TRESemme necessarily corrected or repaired the damage, and the split ends didn't look any different until they were trimmed off, but this shampoo did help my hair to be manageable even with all the heat I use. It has a nice, light fragrance not overpowering. I use it along with the conditioner, and my hair is nice and soft afterwards. It cleans well without irritating. It does not leave residue. Also the bottle I bought it quite large, and it is lasting me quite a long time. This has been my first experience with TRESemme shampoo, and it has been a good one. I would definitely be willing to buy this product again.

TRESemme is the best brand of shampoo I think I have ever used!! It leaves my hair feeling light and clean, and I can go two or three days without having to wash my hair because it doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy or oily. It smells great, it is easy to dispense from the bottle, and it is very affordable. Even so, I usually save up TRESemme coupons and stock up on shampoo when it goes on sale to make it an even better deal. It is readily available it just about every store I can think of, and it gets great reviews from hair stylists as well. The newer versions of TRESemme are low in sulfates, so your hair doesn't get exposed to damaging chemicals! I also use the conditioner regularly, and that's great too.

This is the best shampoo i have ever used in my entire life by far te best, i know no other shampoo and conditioner brand can top this one. My hair was completely damged from previous hair colouring and this shampoo and conditioner helped the up most best. I have been using it for many years now and have no plans on using any other brand. I recommend this shampoo and conditioner to absolutely every one. Also the people that i have recommended this shampoo and conditioner also really love it too. This shampoo and conditioner is a miracle in a bottle, because if it werent for me using this i would still have dry, damaged, and un-healthy hair. I am absolutely gratefulto have come across this shampoo and conditioner because now my hair is silky, smooth, bouncy, shiny, flowy, and anything that can be related to having such magnificent hair.
