I switch shampoos a lot, and TRESemme is usually one of the shampoos in my rotation. When I got a coupon to try the Naturals line, I thought it was time to switch again. The first couple of times I used the shampoo, my hair was bouncy and shiny and I was quite pleased. However as I continued to use it, I noticed my hair getting a little more brittle, more hairs were being left in my brush. Concerned I originally chalked it up to stress. When my scalp started to itch, I knew it had to be the shampoo. I immediately stopped using it and went to one of the higher end brands that are in my rotation. It took a few shampoos to get my hair back to bouncy and shiny condition. I was quite disappointed with this brand, although I did enjoy the scent. Effectiveness At first my hair looked fantastic, but then it went downhill and became dry and brittle. Scent I am very sensitive to scents so I really enjoyed the scent of this product. It was not overpowering or too feminine. My husband even enjoys the smell on his own hair.

I bought a big bottle of Tresemme Naturals Shampoo because I was trying a modified Curly Girl routine. The shampoo is low sulfate, not to be confused for sulfate free though. I wash my hair with shampoo once or twice a week and condition only everyday with silicone free conditioner. My hair is dyed blonde every 3 months but shows signs of damage. I do not use heat on it. I bought this shampoo because the sulfate free products do not clean my hair well enough. I was amazed at how well this shampoo made my hair feel and look. My hair after just the first wash was very soft, shiny and almost conpletely frizz free with no extra hair products to control it. Paired with the matching conditioner, these will be my go to products for a very long time. I will be recommending these to everyone of my friends. And the price is unbeatable for the quality! Effectiveness Cleaned hair withoug drying it out. Scent One of my favorite scents, not too overpowering.

This is a great shampoo that leaves your hair feeling and smelling clean I usually just buy what ever named brand shampoo is on sale so I have tried a pretty good number of them. This shampoo is one of the better ones. I love it when I am washing my hair and the whole bathroom smells great. I would definitely recommend this shampoo to people who want their hair clean soft and smelling great. Effectiveness This shampoo is very effective. It will leave your hair very soft and very clean I usually wash my hair twice because it somewhat oily and I find that it lathers much better the second time around. Doing this leaves your hair dried out with some shampoos. Not with this product. I find my hair still soft and smooth even after washing my hair twice. Scent This shampoo smells very good. It has a clean smell that is not over whelming or perfumey. It is just a nice scent that leaves your hair smelling fresh and clean.

Unlike with other shampoos it gives me an incredibly itchy scalp and my hair gets greasy quickly. I am very disappointed with it. It made my scalp very itchy and my hair very dry and puffy, all the things that I don't want in a shampoo. It left my hair flat and dirty feeling. I thought I wasn't rinsing it out enough, but it just doesn't work on my hair, and my hair is just regular hair. Now I am stuck with a big bottle of shampoo that I can't use.

What first drew me to TRESemme Naturals Shampoo was the sheer volume of the product! You get so much shampoo for so little money. I'm a college kid so "more for less" is always a welcomed thing. The scent is pleasant, it gets the job done- it is a sudsy shampoo for those of you that like to see your product working. The only hiccup I noticed was that after two weeks of use, my hair was very dull. I should mention that I was using both the shampoo and the conditioner as the product line indicates you should. Perhaps for other woman it wouldn't be an issue, I've just been a blonde (with some help of modern day salon miracles) for many years and my hair needs a bit more moisture than what this product supplies. Effectiveness Like I mentioned before: -It lathers nicely and becomes very sudsy - a clean you can see working. -I had NO issues with residue. Even though this product has a lower price point the ingredients are fantastic. Scent Very clean, soft scent.

Really effective shampoo. Shiny hair, deep cleansing, no dandruff, but if you have cuts on your fingers or eczema, this is really bad for you to use, because it'll sting. Effectiveness The shampoo is really effective. But the bottle is a bit heavy. I don't mind that too much, because I've seen worse. The reason this is rated a 6, is because I have eczema. Mostly on my fingers. I may get very good shampoo that's really effective, but I have restrictions due to my eczema. This shampoo is really effective, it cleanses deep, I didn't get any dandruff, I didn't get split ends, my hair was very shiny, but it stung my fingers really bad. It really hurt. After a week's use, I couldn't stand how it hurt my fingers. I had to give it to my mom to use. Good shampoo, go for it, it's affordable. But if you have cuts or eczema on your fingers, I recommend you use Garnier Fructis or Vo5. The Garnier Fructis I've tried so far was the Triple Nutrition, and that didn't sting my fingers, and it was really effective. Scent The smell is really pleasant, but some part of it stung my fingers.

I really like this shampoo, especially for the price. It does not leave any type of residue in my hair and it rinses easily. I find that my hair feels light and fluffy and not weighed down by residue. This is my all time favorite shampoo and will now be my go to hair care product. I have been using this shampoo for about 2 years now and have no intentions of using another brand. I am interested in using other products from this same brand. Effectiveness My hair feels healthier. I find the overall condition of my hair has improved since using this product. I also like to use this shampoo in combination with the TRESemme Naturals conditioner. I tell everyone about this shampoo and conditioner. Scent One of my favorite scents for a shampoo. I was initially drawn to this shampoo based on the scent. This shampoo has a nice light smell and does not suffocate you with strong perfume odors.

When I got pregnant, I developed a sulfate allergy (or rather, a sensitivity). This meant that the majority of shampoos and conditioners were not longer something that I could use. For a long time, I bought extremely expensive shampoo and conditioner that was sulfate-free. My dermatologist told me about this, and it has been a lifesaver! Not only does it save me a ton of money (the cost is one-tenth of what I had been getting), the sulfate levels are low enough that they don't bother me! Effectiveness The product does what I want to do: it doesn't really bother my sulfate allergy. But it doesn't make my hair feel as soft and smooth as the product I was using before (also Tresemme brand). It also doesn't give my hair as much volume, and it leaves it feeling a teeny bit greasy (not much at all, though). Scent This is not the best-smelling hair product in the world at all. It does not smell bad, but it is not the smell of the typical over-the-counter, cheaper products (fruity, sweet, et cetera). Instead, it smells more like the products that you would get in a salon, only a tiny bit better (in my opinion).

I was not overly impressed with Tresemme's Naturals Shampoo. I purchased it only once, and did not find that it was any gentler on my hair than other shampoos, nor did it seem to make my hair feel any differently. Because it is slightly more expensive than their other products I did not see any reason to continue using it. Effectiveness As a cleanser, Tresemme Naturals Shampoo works fine. However, I would love to see a truly natural shampoo that came without the harsh chemicals (can they really be natural) found in the majority of mainline hair product brands. If Tresemme Naturals Shampoo was sulfate-free, that would be a reason to spend a little more on it and get cleansing without the extreme drying effect of the sulfates. However, I saw little about the shampoo that set it apart from their normal products. Other shampoos that they make work better for my hair and cause less drying and do not make my hair more brittle than it already is. I would love it if Tresemme made a truly natural product and when they do I will be thrilled to try it. Until then I will stick with their Smooth and Silky Shampoo.

I really love this shampoo. It makes my hair feel so fresh and clean. It is also a great moisturizing shampoo. It softens my hair every time I use it and makes it so much more manageable. I also like the texture change of my hair from when before I use it to after I use it. It increases so much from use to use. I can tell that my hair is getting healthier from using this product. Effectiveness This product really makes my hair soften and manageable. I often use, when I need a really deep wash. It's a great product for repairing damaged hair. It will restore the hair and prevent split ends. I often put it in my hair and just let it sit for a while. I let the product soak into my hair that it will be really moisturized and soft. Scent The scent isn't the at good in the shower but, after you get out you hair smells amazing. It leaves a nice, fresh scent that isn't overpowering. It's nice change from the fruits and flowers of other shampoos.
