TRESemme ColorThrive Shampoo —

I keep a bottle of both Tresemme ColorThrive and its companion conditioner on hand, and have ever since it was introduced on the market.

This is a lovely shampoo with a terrific non-sneezy fragrance that gives chemically treated hair softness and sheen many other commercial products can not genuinely lay claim too. That said, when you've got fine hair and lots of it, using Tresemme ColorThrive regularly will make your hair unmanagable, as in "too" soft.

If however, you have coarse, damaged or lots of frizzy hair, and don't have the issue of fine locks, this is absolutely the shampoo for the in home hair colorist, It keeps its promise, so your color will last a bit longer (who doesn't wish for that?), alongside the big bonus; it is very inexpensive. That huge bottle will last a good, long time even for those who shampoo every day.

I'm glad and thankful to hear that you are darn near into 4 years already. :)

You know, I can see both actresses in you, too. You're classic Sandra Bullock, until that million watt smile lights up your face. That's when you're Sister Butrell!

A Twitter VP twibe I'm guessing is something of a community? I'm on Twitter too, as Mrs. Snell. I presume you are the Wascally Wabbit In Charge of the VP twibe?
LOL

July will be 4 yrs. remission. You have to be in remission for five years without a reoccurence before you are declared "cancer free." Once March 1st arrives I go into a spring/summer dance season so I'm all about ponytails and colorful ribbons.

I think it's the short blunt hairstyle and the glasses that instantly made me think of Diane Keaton. I'm thinking of when she played in the "Father Of the Bride" movies and "First Wives Club." There must be some truth to it if your good friend and a stranger who has never met you say the same! Oops sorry. There is no such thing as strangers. Only friends we haven't met!

Everyone says I resemble Sally Field during her Gidget and Flying Nun days and Sandra Bullock. I can see the Sally Fields. When they say Sandra Bullock I ask them: Why because I'm such a klutz (Miss Congeniality) or because I look like her? I definitely don't have the curve appeal like her and I think I am a little more graceful But hey, we both really want world peace (ha!) so we do have something in common.

Okay, I'm going to read a few reviews. I've been hanging out at Twitter with some friends and fellow VPers. I even established a VP twibe.

Oh, bless your heart, Gigi. I had no idea you'd struggled with bone cancer. You are in remission, or are you cured? I don't blame you a bit for your enjoyment now of your crowning glory. Up-do's are God's blessing to bad hair days. LOL

My jaw dropped when you mentioned Diane Keaton. One of my dearest friends has been calling me "Diane" just about forever. And I don't think I bear any resemblence to Ms. Keaton at all.

When I see your pic now I immediately think of Diane Keaton. I like the new look! I have long hair too. Summer 2001 I donated about 15-18 inches to Locks of Love. I was picking with my hairstylist and asked her if I got cancer would they give me a wig for free because of my donation. In picking, she told me to be careful what I asked for. Feb. '02 my brother and I are sightseeing in Wash., DC and I complain of my hips hurting. Some thought I was getting worn out from walking but I had been dancing since age 3 and doing gymnastics so I was used to strenuous workouts. Got back home and in March I was diagnosed with bone cancer. 3 years of chemo and radiation and I only lost my eyebrows. I used to hate my board straight hair. Now I know it is my crowning glory no matter how frustrated I get with its lack of ability to style.

Oh my gosh, I look that different? I cut a foot off my hair for my 49th birthday. What a relief!

I used to use Tresemme too! I love the new profile pic--I almost didn't recognize you.
