Tops is a very encouraging and helpful group. Everyone is welcome. They had many helpful tips for me as I lost many pounds with the groups help. I wish I could return to the group but my health prevents it at this time. Working on trying to be able to return. God Bless Tops and their members for all the help they gave me.
