I am fortunate enough to live about 4 hours from the Tillamook Cheese Factory, so our grocery store carry a wide variety of Tillamook products. I like pretty much all cheese, but cheddar is a favorite of mine. The flavor is very intense and pure.  It makes fantastic grilled cheese, cheese sauce, and a snack! Yum yum!

The price is reasonable, the quantities seem solid and the availability continues to grow in stores like Randalls but also Krogers and others. Any grade be it mild medium, sharp or extra sharp still ha a nice bite and a great consistency. If you are a cheddar cheese lover, Tillamook satisfies without gouging your budget. No comparison to Crackerbarrel. This is the genuine article.
