I received this as a gift for christmas from my sister in law who is a hair stylist. I love it!! Sometimes I use it just to make my hair smell awesome. The scent is amazing. It smells like you could use it as lotion. I recommend this product for anybody with hair! You won't regret using it. The scent, the after effects, everything about it is perfect. It doesn't leave my hair looking greasy which is what I like most about this product. It doesn't make my head itch, it isn't sticky. It's for both men and women. I typically use it in the morning when I don't have time to shower before heading out. It keeps my hair looking neat and smelling great. But be sure to use it on dry hair only. It doesn't work on wet hair. It's an inexpensive product that will leave your hair feeling very soft. Also, it wasn't tested on animals. Which is great especially for all of you animal lovers! I love most Bed Head brand products.

No matter what I do with my hair it is always full of static, and frizzy flyaways. I had tried so many products that were out on the market. All of them would either leave my hair looking or feeling greasy, weighed down my hair to the point it just looked flat (even if I used the smallest of product), or just did not live up to the promises on the bottle. I was so lost until I found this product. It smooths out all of the frizzy flyaways with just the smallest dab of product, and helps to take out the static! All I do is add a small pea sized amount into the palm of my hand then rubbing the product around (kind of like how you would put lotion on), turn my hair upside down and run my hands through my hair. When I flip my hair back up VIOLA! no more crazy looking hair. I end up having sleek, silky looking hair. The product itself helps make my hair feel softer too! Not to mention this product is light enough that it doesn't weigh down my hair. All the volume I had prior to using it is still there! The only difference being that no more static, and no more frizzy flyaways!

This is a great product for any hair type. When I use this product I normally use it to smooth out curls that I made with a curling iron, or to smooth down fly aways. This product is also nice for cutting down on frizz and keeping straight styles smooth

First things first, I am in love with Bed Head After Party- I do not have one complaint. If you're simply looking for the yes or no on whether or not to purchase this product, the answer is yes. A million yes's. I am in possession of curly hair- both a blessing and a curse. When all's said and done, my curls are beautiful and shiny. I don't believe that those giving compliments are aware of the trouble I have to go through to get to this point in my appearance. Previous to discovering this wonderful product, I had to use multiple creams, gels and sprays to get my hair to look as if I did not just roll out of bed. While After Party is originally meant to revitalize hair, it works to energize mine in the first place. This lightweight cream eliminates frizz and transforms dry hair, making it soft to the touch. Upon this discovery, I only have to use a leave in conditioner and this fabulous product by Bed Head to be deemed ready to go. After Party is worth the price.

I absolutely love this product! I would have never tried it had it not been for a bad hair day and a friend who offered to put some of this in my hair to tame my otherwise frizzy embarrassing hair situation that day. I have experimented with using After Party as directed and in other ways, and I actually think it works best if you put it in your hair when it is damp or almost dry. It does weigh your hair down quite a bit if you use a lot, which may be bad for some, but if your hair is a big ball of frizz once it is dry then this could be beneficial to you. The thing I liked best about this product is that my hair did not feel greasy or dirty even if I put a lot of product in it, it just felt very soft and moisturized. I would highly recommend this to anyone with frizzy hair!

this product was wonderful but for some reason all bed head products give me a throbbing headache, can't explain it, checked out the ingredients and don't see anything that would cause it, but it does. I hate that i can't use these products as i know people who do and love them. sorry.

I have been using this product for four years now and it has never failed. I am absolutely in love with this product because it does its job. I have fine hair and sometimes it can get a little bit frizzy since I live in Florida, but Bed Head After Party does the job. The tube may not seem like enough for the price it sells out but all you need is a dime sized amount for each use, that's what I do even though I have long hair; it seems to get on every strand. I have been using this technique and have had the same product for about 2 years, maybe some of you think that the product would expire by now but it still works the same since the first use! First of all this stuff smells great, I can smell it through out the day when I flip my hair around. People have complimented me on the smell. Next is the effect. It makes my hair feel and look smoother especially when I put it on right before I straighten it; it also helps me straighten my hair easily. I highly recommend this poduct!

I don't know a lot about products like this so maybe they are all like this. It's ok and I definitely use it but I'm not sure that I would buy it again. I'd probably consult friends or the person the cuts my hair for recommendations first. Cons: 1. heavy - weighs hair down 2. makes hair look oily - I've even tried using a VERY small amount and it still makes it look oily 3. not to be used if your hair is at all dirty (see #2 above), but if your hair is clean then it makes it look dirty...so you can't really win 4. needs to be reapplied half way through the day 5. does not take the place of hair spray (so you'll need to buy more than one product) Pros: 1. smells good - I always get comments that I smell good after putting it on 2. lasts a long time - I've had the same bottle for years now - so good money value 3. does work to keep fly-aways at bay 4. pretty easy to store - not a huge bottle, which is a plus for small apartments/houses

I've been using Tigi's After Party for years, and I love it! It instantly smooths my frizzies, and gives my hair the moisture it is sometimes lacking. I always have one on hand at home, if I'm traveling, and at work. Though sometimes I need to re-apply througout the day (hence having one on hand at work), which is one reason why I can only give it four starts, instead of five. Another potential drawback is the cost. It's pretty pricey, though it does last for about a month. I have yet to find another product, whether cheaper or more exepnsive, that does as good of a job as After Party. And believe me, I've tried! But I always come back, because I just can't find anything that works as well. Another drawback is that you have to just the right amount. If you use just a smidge too much, it can look greasy. And if you don't get it all off of your hands, good luck taking the cap off of your deodarent, or opening the door to get out of the bathroom!

I've been using this product for about four years now, and I don't know what I'd do if they ever stopped making it! I have pretty frizzy, wavy hair and this does a great job of taming it, while keeping the waves intact. The instructions say to use it on dry hair, but what I usually do is towel dry my hair, then run about a quarter sized amount of After Party into my hair (my hair reaches the middle of my back - if yours is shorter, you can use less) and then just put it up in a bun or in braids and let it air dry. It pretty much styles itself after that. I've found that I've only had problems with it looking greasy if I used it on dry hair. The one thing that keeps me coming back to this product is how gentle it is on my hair. My hair is on the delicate side, but I can use this every day without any damage. And because it makes air drying my hair so much easier, I'm avoiding heat damage too. It IS expensive, but it lasts for ages. My first bottle lasted me close to two years even with using it almost every day.
