The Departed (2006) — 

This was a great movie.  I saw it in the theater and have rented it several times, and it was always very good.  All actors put on the performance of a lifetime, particularly DiCaprio and Damon.  It was a big long, but I wasn't bored for a second!  Definatly action packed, although if you don't like violence this movie might not be for you.
