Great restaurant but needs some practice

I love TGIFridays but I haven't been in a while with the economy the way it is. The location in Mechanicsville is the closest to my house and it is also one of the newest ones around. It has been a while since I've been so I'd like to think since it has been opened for close to a year now that the service has improved since my last visit
