TGI Fridays is a very good restaurant for casual dining. They have fast service and a good menu. They have a frequent diners card that gives you points and they can build up really fast. The food is quickly served and is always good tasting. The appitizers are a favorite of ours and you can make a whole meal to share by ordering a few different and splitting them. Great desserts too.
My Friday's favorite lunch had always been the onion soup and caesar salad combo. It used to rival the soup and salad at fine Italian restaurants. Not any more. The onion soup which was luke warm had absolutely no onions and was just bland beef broth. It had a small piece of bread ,which may or may not have had a drop of cheese on it ,submerged in the liquid. It was totally unedible. The salade tasted like the ones that are prepackaged at the grocery store. Gone were the garlic bread sticks that once accompanied this lunch. This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review but this lunch...
read full review »I am through with going to Friday's. It used to be one of my favorite places to get a quick bite to eat- but about a two years ago they totally changed their menus and it was to their detriment in my opinion. All of the food is so fat ladden that they taste is completely destroyed. I am a very health conscious person and it is nearly impossible to find something that does not destroy one's diet. I am also a veggie and I don't understand why they continue to ruin all their food with fat. I really can't stand to go there anymore! Their drinks are good though- I will give them that. Just don't go...

AND SOMETHING TO DO ON MY WEEKENDS. THE PARTY DID NOT START UNTIL I TASTED THOSE RIBS THEY WAS SOME OF THE BEST WE HAD IN MONTHS
I don't think I have ever had anything bad at TGI Friday's before. I don't think that I ever will! This time we tried the Jack Daniel's Grilled Chicken Sandwich off of their new $5 lunch menu, and it was excellent! The Jack Daniel's sauce I think is what takes the cake! It is so delicious that I requested an extra side of the stuff to dip my fries in! The chicken was juicy and delicious in itself. The fries are excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this sandwich to anyone who likes TGI Friday's, is on a budget with eating out, and loves a good grilled chicken sandwich!
