This company does not believe in customer service.
I received a charge that I don't think I should have & called the number on the bill. The guy was in India & I couldn't even understand him. He wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and told me I had to dispute the charge in writing. I sent a letter that day and they never responded. I did receive a copy of the terms in an envelope, but no letter or explanation.
The next month I received a charge for not paying the disputed amount. I wrote again and told them that I never received a response to the first letter, and again, no reponse, just a copy of the terms in an envelope.
I called about it and they claim a supervisor sent a letter both times, but all I ever got was an envelope with a copy of my terms, no letter or explanation. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told that two supervisors responded and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a copy of the letters, but was denied and was not allowed to speak to a supervisor again.
