T-Mobile - Sidekick 2008 Cell Phone Reviews

I absolutely love my 2008 T-Mobile Sharp Sidekick. Choosing between texting, picture taking, video recording, instant messaging, talking, etc...is extremely user-friendly.  It's the first cell phone I have had that adjusts sound of ring easily. Usually, the rings have not been loud enough.  It offers text messaging options of AIM or Yahoo. It is fun to input information into the organizer and easily accessable.  The only reasons that I can think of for not giving 4 stars are:  The flip screen opens on accident fairly easily, the battery life depletes fairly quickly when instant messaging,...

The T-mobile sidekick 2008 is far one of the best phones on the market. I am able to text and picture message w/video and receive them. I have had sidekicks in the past, but have had minore problems with the past sidekicks. For ex; The sidekcik slide kept sutting off on me all the time w/my sidekick 2008 it allows me to keep my phone on 24/7 with out any interuptions. I also had problems recieving my texts at the current time, but w/this phone I get that as soon as it's sent. This is a very great, up to todays technology phone. It is very useful and entertaining. My experience with this phone was very positive. Didnt really have any cons exept didnt have any flash to it. But other than that it was a great phone. Its small and compactable. Fits anywhere. The music player on the phone was very clear and loud enough. Mp3. file supported. Very good phone. The pictures were colorful and and the screen is very clear and pretty. Video playback could have done better but it was pretty cool. The qwerty keyboard was a help with the phone. I would recomend the phone to anybody...

I was very excited when I recieved this new sidekick 2008 from a friend. It looked nice and smaller than the lx. However, I wasn't too pleased with the keyboard or the phone camera. The keyboard was too small and made it harder to type and the camera did not have a flash. The screen is smaller than the lx and the phone itself is very light.Maybe it's just me but I prefer phones that are heavier .. dont know.. but anyway, the point is, sidekick2008 is just like any other average phone. Oh one more thing, the battery...... runs out REALLY fast.
