I've only had T-Mobile for a little over a year. They have never let me down though. They have the best customer service of any provider that I have been with, and I've tried the majority of the major carriers.

The Customer service reps are always happy and cheerful to help you if you have an issue. Even the simple things, like changing your account/plan are easier to do with them! You just have to give a few details to verify who you are, then tell them what you want, and they do the rest.

NICE, HELPFUL PEOPLE WORK AT T-MOBILE! If for any reason you get somebody not so nice, you can always hang up and try again.

They have some of the best plans in the business - def the cheapest, The biggest bang for your buck!!
